From Bad to Worse !!!

Well, today was another end of another horrible week......

My best girlfriend rang today as we were all meant to have dinner tonight and her Dad passed away suddenly and very unexpected. I know all things are meant to be and he had had a great life, but its still a big shock. She is devastated poor thing. She will miss him alot. She was very close to him and in the past had nursed him after her Mum died a couple of years ago.

They did get to share one last holiday last year, he wanted to take them back to the UK where they had immigrated from as young kids....That did happen and they had a great time.
I remember saying to her at the time that it was a good thing, she was worried about him spending all his money....I said to her to go as she would regret not going.....So she has those memories.....
She still wants to go out to get out of the house and away from the phone I think. So will see how we go. Probably all end up blubbering together. We are like that very close families and there kids and my kids have holidayed together in Bali as young ones..... I think theres photos of that at the gallery TSH..

Then I had to get my knee fitted for a brace $120.00 later I said the woman are you joking.
This small piece of ruberised stuff. Lucky you can claim for it on your health fund.
It hurt a bit thats for sure and tomorrow am back to the podiatrist as well. So another round of works to see if this helps this leg and knee.

Fingers crossed......Wow I have just re read this, compared to Mel, and Rani I have nothing to whinge about. Nice to vent though when you need too I guess thats what this is about.
